*CONDITION: Good used. The cutting blade could use a sharpening but it still cuts. I cut a piece of 14 gauge wire with them and it wasn't bad. Joints and spring action still move freely. The stainless steel has some bown staining around the main cutting head pivot joint. Lots of dings, knicks, scratches, marks and wear.
